St. Andrews Senior High School - Assin Foso

The establishment of St. Andrews SHS was the brainchild of Dr. Richard Kofi Asiedu, he started the Senior High School at a dilapilated building behind the old Ghana National Fire Service Station at Assin Foso, in the Central Region of Ghana in the year 2005. St. Andrews Senior High School is a mixed school located in Assin Foso in the Central Region of Ghana.

With a humble beginning of just 25 students and 4 tutors, the school has now grown from grace to grace and from just one program in General Arts, the school is now persuing five additional programs namely, Business, Visual Arts, Agricultural Science, Home Economics, General Science and Technical.

The headmaster of the school holds a master of philosophy Degree (Mphil-Education Management) after obtaining a Bachelor of Education from the University of Cape Coast.
